01 / Context

The business needed speed without sacrificing accounting integrity.

Orders, prices, stock and payment states moved through different systems with different rules. Manual exports introduced delay, direct database operations created locking risk, and a failed exchange could leave the commercial and accounting views inconsistent.

The challenge was not simply to connect two APIs. It was to define which system owns each state, when a transition is valid and how the process should recover when one side is temporarily unavailable.

02 / Architecture

A controlled exchange instead of direct coupling.

The solution separates incoming commerce events from 1C transactions through validation, queueing and explicit processing states. Every event receives an identifier and traceable status before it can affect accounting data.

Commerce event→Validate→Queue→1C transaction→Confirm

Validation first

Product, order and payment data are checked before entering the processing queue.

Idempotent processing

Retries do not duplicate a transaction that has already completed successfully.

Visible recovery

Failures have an owner, a reason and a controlled path back into processing.

03 / Responsibility

One architecture across business rules and implementation.

Outcome

A system that can process quickly, fail visibly and recover safely.
