Validation before inference
Required identifiers and business constraints are checked before classification begins.

Automation / API · Case 03
A traceable process for validating, classifying and assigning inbound requests without hiding uncertain decisions.
01 / Context
Inbound requests varied in completeness, intent and priority. Manual qualification consumed time, but a purely automatic decision could silently reject or misroute a valuable case.
The workflow therefore needed more than a classifier. It needed explicit validation, confidence states, ownership, audit history and a safe route to human review whenever the system could not make a reliable decision.
02 / Architecture
Processing is modelled as a sequence of controlled transitions. A request cannot disappear between services: each step records what happened, why it happened and which action should follow.
Required identifiers and business constraints are checked before classification begins.
Automation acts only when the result meets the defined reliability threshold.
Uncertain cases enter a visible review queue instead of failing silently.
